Classic Registration Renewal

Please READ before using the form

Do NOT use this form if your plate ends with H J or K. These are Historic Registered Vehicles renewed here: https://ansma.com.au/historic-registration-renewal/

This form is for RENEWING EXISTING Classic Vehicle Registrations. BEFORE using the form you need a paper Pink Slip

Allow at least 21 business days for your paperwork to be returned to you.

The Classic Vehicle Declaration document is completed when you fill in the fields on the form and there is also a space to upload a copy of your pink slip.

Avoid mistakes resulting in delays and having to re-submit again.

  • Make sure you enter the correct information ie exact VIN, plate, engine numbers etc. Use all UPPERCASE for VIN, Engine, and Plates
  • Double check your pink slip is the current one not last years.
  • Before you hit submit check all your details are correct.
  • After submitting the form you will receive notification we have received your renewal paperwork with next steps.

IMPORTANT: Do not chase us for your paperwork. Once we send it to the ACMC you need to follow up with them if you have concerns.

Classic Registration ``Renewals`` Only

 

The website form above is the preferred & quickest method. If you don’t have a computer or another device to access the website Classic Renewal form, please follow these instructions:

  • Post only a COPY of your Pink Slip and your Original (emailed copies are not accepted by Service NSW) Classic Vehicle Declaration form. In the Club membership details (nominate primary club first) box on the left hand side of form please write –  Australian National Street Machine
    Association Inc (ANSMA). Do not fill in any of the right hand side of the form.
  • Include a blank Express Post envelope for us to forward on your paperwork to the ACMC. If this is not included we will not process your renewal.
  • Allow up to 4 weeks turnaround (refrain from contacting us during this time the ACMC (not us) will be sending your completed paperwork back to you.
